This Russian-language companion to 'Time as Observation' addresses the deep mysteries of time as derivatives of observation in ODTOE. The audience is physicists and philosophers. Key concepts covered include: the strange-loop structure that produces time from observation, the resolution of the apparent tension between time in quantum mechanics and time in relativity, the arrow of time as a φ-recursion direction, the experience of duration as an internal feature of observation, the relationship between objective time and subjective time, and the implications for cosmology (the beginning and end of time) and for psychology (the experience of duration).
