Abstract
ENPassivity is formalized as observer state with belief B→0 arising from systematic suppression of components F, E, σ, Λ. Introduces the activation operator  that simultaneously elevates all four components. The transition from passivity to creativity is modeled as a phase transition when B crosses threshold B_crit. Community of Practice as coherence amplifier.

RUПассивность формализуется как состояние наблюдателя с верой B→0, возникающее вследствие систематического подавления компонентов F, E, σ, Λ. Вводится оператор активации Â, одновременно повышающий все четыре компонента. Переход от пассивности к творчеству моделируется как фазовый переход при пересечении B порога B_crit. Сообщество практики как усилитель когерентности.
