The Observer and the Code of Reality
Реальность как информационный код, разворачиваемый актом наблюдения
Reality as an information code unfolded by the act of observation
Об этом видео
This Russian-language video explores reality as an information code unfolded by the act of observation. The presentation walks through ODTOE's central claim that what we naively call 'the universe' is more accurately described as a code that is decoded - actualised - by observers, in a manner analogous to how a compressed file becomes images on a screen only when it is decoded. The audience includes philosophers, generalists and information-theory-curious viewers. Key concepts covered include: the observer as decoder, the strange-loop as the basic decoding rule, why physical constants are decoding invariants, the role of coherence in stabilising the decoded output, and the relationship between ODTOE and digital-physics intuitions. The talk closes with the philosophical reframe that observation is not passive reception of pre-existing data but the active execution of a self-consistent code - making the observer simultaneously the reader, the program and (in the limit) the source.
