The cognitive coherence formula is B(O,C) = F^w1 · E^w2 · (1−σ)^w3 · Λ^w4, where B is the contextual belief of observer O in context C. F is frame stability, E is evidence, σ is incoherence, and Λ is data quality. This makes belief an operationally measurable quantity rather than a metaphor.
In ODTOE, the quantum measurement problem dissolves because there is no observer-free state to collapse. The wavefunction Ψ is the pre-actualization configuration, and the measurement is the operator Ô acting on Ψ to yield the actualized reality R. Standard QM emerges as the low-dimensionality regime of the observer.
A strange loop in ODTOE is the self-referential map Φ in which the observer observes itself: Ψ* = Φ(Ψ*).
